Upcoming Parent-Teacher Meetings

Parent-Teacher Meetings, commonly referred to as PTMs, are scheduled twice during each academic term to provide an invaluable opportunity for educators and parents to come together. These meetings serve the dual purpose of assessing and discussing pupil progress in a collaborative environment while also enhancing communication between the school and families. By fostering this partnership, we at Upendo Friends School aim to support each child’s learning journey and ensure that parents are actively engaged in their child’s education, promoting a nurturing atmosphere that benefits everyone involved.

Term 1

  • Mid-Term Meeting: Week 6 – Review of pupil progress and class performance.
  • End-of-Term Meeting: Week 12 – Academic reports, discipline updates, and general announcements.

Term 2

  • Mid-Term Meeting: Week 6 – Progress updates and individual pupil support discussions.
  • End-of-Term Meeting: Week 13 – Final academic review, prize-giving, and planning for the next academic year

Special Meetings

  • New Parents Orientation: Beginning of Term 1.
  • Individual Consultations: By appointment with class teachers when needed.
  • Emergency Meetings: Convened if urgent matters arise (discipline, health, or safety).

Volunteer Opportunities

Join our vibrant school community by volunteering in various activities.
